Hot Water Leak Caused Damage in Simi Valley

Here we have located a leak in the hallway of a residential home in Simi Valley. This slab leak was noticed as water was coming out into their living room and causing damage to their flooring. We located the leak, as well as the reroute option foe the plumber who called us out to help. We also noted this isn’t the first slab leak they have had since, as you can see, there has already been a reroute done on one of the manifolds.
